Braydan Smiley scored twice, but it wasn't enough for the Shenango High football team in a 38-14 non-conference road loss to Fort Cherry on Friday night.
Smiley scored on runs of 2 and 20 yards for the Wildcats (0-4 overall).
Fort Cherry led just 13-7 at the half, but pushed across points twice in the third quarter before putting the game away in the fourth.
Ryhan Culberson scored three times for the Rangers (4-0), on runs of 36 and 44 yards and a 40-yard interception return.
Shenango travels to Western Beaver at 12:30 p.m. on Oct. 1.
